One vision · two territories

Place sets the conditions.
Decisions make them legible.

01 · Soave Classico

Volcanic whites

Garganega · old hillside pergolas · basalt · altitude · moving air

02 · Colli Berici

Limestone reds

Carmenere · Merlot · Cabernets · red clay · marine limestone · woodland

In the vineyard

Protect complexity.

  1. Start with the site.Parcel, exposure, soil, altitude and airflow are read together.
  2. Keep the ground alive. No herbicides or chemical fertilizers since 2009; permanent or managed cover supports the soil.
  3. Protect old vines.Light machinery and respectful pruning support continuity and reduce avoidable stress.
  4. Observe micro-parcels.Vigor, water, canopy and ripening are followed at a smaller scale than the wine name.
  5. Pick in separate passes.Hand harvest follows physiological maturity rather than a single convenient date.

In the cellar

Intervene with purpose.

  1. Sort before transforming.Fruit quality and parcel identity are protected at reception.
  2. Vinify in small lots.Micro-vinification keeps differences visible before any final blend.
  3. Choose the vessel by wine.Steel, large cask, barrique, concrete or ceramic serve the lot—not a fixed recipe.
  4. Use oak as architecture.Oak can build breadth and time; it should not replace origin.
  5. Let selection create hierarchy. The summit wines come from stricter site, berry and vintage decisions.
The working sentence

INAMA does not make one house style across every vineyard. It uses farming, picking, selection and vessels to make each place easier to read.
